We strive to make class the best hour of your day. We will get you working and moving from the first minute to the last. Every class includes:
Coaching by Certified, CrossFit Trainers.
Classes will be 1-hour long.
Include: a general warm-up, workout specific warm-up, the WoD (Workout of the Day), and accessory work (lifting, gymnastics, and/or cooldown).
Workouts will be "Constantly Varied", meaning there is not routine or set day you will do an exercise. We want to keep your body guessing.
Workouts will have "Functional Movements", meaning we will do things that will help you move better no matter the task. Our muscle isn't just for looks.
Workouts will be performed at a "High Intensity" relative to what you are ready for. We will modify them to get the most we can, but we aren't your drill instructor. We are coaches.
Expect elements of Weightlifting and Gymnastics from coaches who know how to help you perform movements safely and constantly get better and progress to that next level.
