Our personal training sessions are ideal for people who want focussed, individual attention rather than the group class experience. Your trainer will meet with you to discuss goals, expectations and to set a training schedule up that works for both of you. In between sessions could include additional workouts to complete on your own (really fun homework!) and/or nutrition services as well. All things to talk about with your trainer.
Already a member? Still can't get that first pull-up? Maybe some one-on-one time is just what the doctor ordered! Personal training sessions can also be used as a supplement to your membership! We have several coaches with specialty areas of expertise and certifications that would love to give you some pointers and homework to check that skill off your list!
